The reality of the new Inter

Inter are doing well in the Champions League thanks to some good football and some luck as well. But when you see other teams play or play against Inter you notice one major thing...... speed.
We have to face reality and admit that the current Inter team are full of champions and promising young talent, but they are all old champions.
When Alvarez and Coutinho are given a chance to play, you can immediately see the difference in how the games changes for Inter. These two players are already starting to show their worth for the team, and especially Alvarez with his exceptional footwork.
The moment that I really noticed in how Inter have to inject younger players in the team was last weekend. After watching Inter edge out Cagliari with some luck as everybody knows and admitted, I decided to watch their fierce rivals Juventus play against Palermo.
I might be a bit different from other Inter fans, but I enjoy watching a good game of football and always admit if a team is playing good or bad, and the new Juventus are brilliant.
I love the way they fight for the ball and play with that never die attitude. It brings back memories of Mourinho's Inter when they were at their best.
Taking nothing away from Inter's new coach Ranieri as he is doing a fantastic job, bringing the team out of the dumps, but reality is reality.
Even watching Milan does not impressive me as the style of play that Conte has injected into his Juventus team.
Inter are getting their slowly and the investment that Moratti is making in the youth sector is very important. I always said, Inter have to follow Manchester United's policy on bringing up young players. One major reason it is easy on the pocket, and with the new UEFA Financial Fair Play rule coming into stride, Moratti is forced to change his ways.
I am not disappointed with Inter as it is a normal cycle that a team goes through after they win everything and dominate for five years, but I am not running away from reality.

Forza Inter!!
