Inter back on track as Sinisa Mihajlovic's has a Derby to play

Finally Inter are back on track after a truly horrible week. It is a shame that Inter lost those two important matches, but we can't keep crying about them and move on.

Inter did it in the best of ways yesterday evening after they defeated a tricky Chievo side, Inter were patient and the goals finally arrived to wrap up the three points. Inter are now only two points away from Milan, but they have a late match today against Fiorentina and if Sinisa Mihajlovic's side manage to hold or defeat Milan, Inter are back in the hunt.
Obviously Sinisa Mihajlovic will fire up his team and make them do all they can to defeat his former city rival. Sinisa Mihajlovic is a fighter and there is no better man on the bench tonight against Milan.
Milan are obviously favorites, but Milan have slipped a number of times this season and they must be careful as all the celebrations and Scudetto this and that during the week will go up in smoke.
A well done to Inter coach Leonardo for getting the players fired up to win yesterday's match. Leonardo is truly a gentleman and he took all the crap that the Milan fans threw at him last Saturday. As I said before, Leonardo walked on to the pitch with Milan at heart, but he left black and blue, not with bruises but with a new love of Inter beating in his heart. The Milan fans should be ashamed of themselves for treating a former player and director like that. How can they forget that half the stars in Milan's squad are there because of Leonardo. Anyways their loss, Inter's gain.
I will be honest and admit, Leonardo does not have the technical coaching qualities as for Inter coach Mourinho or even Benitez, but he has a lot of positives and sometimes a smile can make a player give his best. Let's face it, a true football players knows what he has to do.
Inter have a problem that everybody knows about, the defence is very weak since Samuel got injured and when Lucio is not there, it is just a disaster.
Another problem that is slowly becoming evident is the average age of the team, some fresh young players have to be slowly added to the team and Leonardo is the best man for this job.
All the talk of other coaches coming to Inter is at its high again, but Leonardo has a contract and if he does keep Inter in a good positioin this season, I don't see why Moratti should not extend it.
We must not forget how he put the team back together after Benitez ripped it apart.... Leonardo must be rewarded, and the players can reward him with a 4-0 win against Schalke next week!!!
Forza Inter
